I’ve been using this through a few rainy days and some colder mornings, it’s been doing better than I expected. The camera still turns on and works like normal, and I haven’t noticed any fogging inside the lens or random cutting out, which was the main thing I was worried about. I’m not saying it’s completely perfect or that I’d trust it in extreme weather forever, but for regular bad weather so far, the weather resistance seems solid. The only reason I took off a star is because the connectors don’t feel as tightly sealed as I’d like. They haven’t caused any problems yet, but they just make me a little cautious.

I picked up an Innovv bike camera thinking it would be a solid setup. And when it’s working, it kind of is. The video looks good, installation wasn’t too bad, all that. But the reliability has been hit or miss. Some rides it records fine, then other times it just stops recording or doesn’t power on right away. Annoying stuff.

Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the fixes didn’t really stick. Same problems coming back. For what it costs, I expected less tinkering and more just riding without thinking about it. Good footage when it works. Just hard to fully trust it now.

Using the INNOVV app has been sorta fine overall. It usually connects to my camera quickly, though every now and then I have to turn Wi-Fi off and back on to get it going. Once it’s connected, downloading clips and changing settings works well. It’s not perfect, but it’s decent enough for what I need.

I reached out to support and then just kind of... waited. A few days went by, and I still didn’t get any real help or even a useful update. It was frustrating, because I was expecting at least some kind of response

I ordered from innovv.com it showed up way faster than I expected. Like, almost suspiciously fast. Not saying they’ve got some secret warehouse network or shipping algorithm they don’t want us to know about... but I wouldn’t be shocked. Either way, I’m happy with how quick the delivery was.

Dealing with the warranty support was so frustrating. It took forever to get anywhere, and after all that waiting, they literally didn’t fix a single thing.

I was really hoping the video would be clearer, but the clips come out blurry, and it’s especially noticeable at night when I’m trying to make out what’s going on and everything just looks soft and smeared and not nearly as sharp as I expected.

It does the job okay, so I can’t really say it’s bad. But personally, I just don’t feel like it offers enough to justify the price. For what you’re getting, it seems a little too expensive in my opinion.

I put the Innovv kit on my bike over the weekend and, not gonna lie, I expected it to be way more of a headache. I kept stopping to double-check things, then somehow ended up cleaning up a bit of old wiring while I was in there too. But the actual setup was straightforward, and the guide made enough sense that I never felt lost. Took my time with it, probably more than I needed to, but everything went on fine. Happy with how it turned out
